I’m Sam Dunne, LCSW, and I became a social worker because I believe people deserve a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. With over 13 years of experience in social work, including school-based practice and private therapy, I bring a compassionate, practical, and whole-person approach to my work with clients. I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, parenting, emotional wellness, and personal growth. My style is collaborative and strengths-based, meaning we’ll work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, build coping skills that fit your real life, and move toward meaningful change. Therapy with me is rooted in clarity, confidence, and connection. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more supported as you become the best version of yourself.
